We make the process simple. If you decide to sell we will handle everything – 
1) we will prepare the deed, 2) we will record the deed in the land records, 3) we will update the registration with the State of Maryland, and 4) we will contact the ground rent tenant.
The first step is to contact us with your list of ground leases. We will do our research and then meet with you to discuss the sale.
We are happy to work with your preferred time frame, and are happy to close the purchase at your convenience such as the end of the year, the end of the probate of a will, or the completion of a divorce, etc.
